Ballot Breakdown:

Contested Primary

Westlake: Ward 1, Nonpartisan Primary, three candidates.
Voters select only one; the two top vote getters will run against each other in November.

Municipal Issues

Bedford: Municipal 0.75% income tax (increase)

Brecksville: Zoning amendment

Brooklyn: Zoning amendment

Walton Hills: Five mill property tax (additional)

Seven Hills: Two charter amendments

School District Issues

Broadview Heights City School District: 5.99 mill property tax for operating expenses (additional)

Brooklyn City School District: 1.5 mill property tax for permanent improvements (1 mill renewal, 0.5 mill additional)

Chagrin Falls Exempted Village School District: Property taxes including a 3.4 mill bond issue along with a 5.5 mill (additional) for operating expenses.

Maple Heights City School District: tax renewal

North Royalton City School District: property taxes including a 4.4 mill bond issue along with a 0.5 mill (additional) for permanent improvements

Parma City School District: 5.9 mill property tax (additional)

Rocky River City School District: 4.9 mill property tax (additional) to be divided between operating and permanent improvement expenses.

Shaker Heights City School District: property taxes including a 2.5 mill bond issue along with a 1.25 mill (additional) for permanent improvements
