The City Club of Cleveland presents Desmond Meade

LWVGC will be a Community Partner as the City Club of Cleveland presents Desmond Meade, President & Executive Director of the Florida Rights Restoration Coalition, who in 2018 led the movement to restore voting rights to 1.4 million Floridians with past felony convictions. That campaign, victorious at the ballot box, amended the Florida constitution and produced one of the largest expansions of voting rights in history.

This will be an in-person event, but can also be watched live online.
