EMAIL SCAM CIRCULATING
If you receive an email that appears to be from the League of Women of Greater Cleveland asking you to make a payment for one of our co-presidents or our treasurer, DO NOT click on any links or reply to the sender.
One of our members recently received the following email (edited for length): "I hope you're doing well. I'm reaching out to ask if you could assist us with making a payment to a vendor...
If you'r able to make the payment, you will be reimbursed by check. Thanks, Dawn E., Co-President, LWV of Greater Cleveland."
Again, please do not respond to any email purported to be from the League asking for you to pay for a League expense. (Does not apply to dues or payment for luncheons...). Thank you
